Community support

Funding level: Up to £1,000

I am contacting you on behalf of HPCA (Hampshire Puja and Cultural Association) which is an organisation promoting Indian cultural and community cohesion in the UK. We have been active for the last 9 years organising different cultural events in Hampshire throughout the year.
Every year, we celebrate our Autumn Festival where the Mayors of Southampton, Winchester and Eastleigh are regular chief guests. This event is attended by around 1200 visitors every year over 3 days from locals to visitors from nearby areas in and around the South. The event is also well covered by local newspapers as well as BBC Solent Radio station and the Daily Echo.
This year has been officially designated as Indo - British cultural year as a celebration of the 70th anniversary of Indian Independence. We celebrated this by organising a big event in September 2017 with a popular band from India Krosswindz playing with the renowned British percussionist Matt Fisher. We would like to showcase the Indo – British cultural fusion to a large audience. In order to organise these type of events where we can get both the communities together, we would need your help through some kind of sponsorship. In return, we will be happy to promote your company/organisation through the different packages we are offering.
Brochure – Front inside cover, Back cover, inside Back cover, Inside Back cover - £500

Half A5 page - £100
Video clips to be played in a loop and banners in the hall on display for all 3 days - £1000

Ads on the Website for any of these sponsorships are free.
We would very much appreciate and would help to promote Indo– British cultural and economic cohesion.
Dailyecho covered this programme in their paper on 2nd October. You can contact Suparna for further information on the organisation.
