Description

Allerton Cat Rescue is a non-profit sanctuary for felines abandoned, mistreated or otherwise between homes. All are looking for a warm, loving home and the means by which to live comfortably until they find one.

Allerton Cat Rescue was founded over 40 years ago by Brenda Satterley, it was formerly based at the Prune Park Inn, Allerton and is now part of her home on Allerton Road. The rescue is run entirely by volunteers, fundraising and donations, the running costs are approximately £600 for food and litter and a vet bill of around £3500 per month.

In 2015 we re homed over 360 cats/kittens despite nearly having to close our doors as the vet bill was over £7000. With your help we managed to keep our doors open and keep caring for our residents. Thank-you, lots of love the Allerton Pussy Cats xxx

Allerton Cat Rescue

Location: Bradford

I have been a supporter of Allerton Cat Rescue for over 20 years and have seen some awful sights in that time. The dedication that Brenda and the team give to this cause mean that just a few of the feline residents of Bradford and the surrounding area are given a second chance.
