Delivery Partners : West Itchen Community Trust, Ikan Trust, Awaaz Radio, Third Age Centre, Southampton City Council and other appointed community partners, including schools, faith groups, community and social welfare support groups.

Core Objectives :
1. Regenerate urban community space
2. Create opportunities for sporting participation
3. Provide multiple recreational sports opportunities across the area by the provision of Cage Cricket kits to 8 specifically identified locations (schools, community groups, places of worship, learning & development agencies, employers)
4. Provide safe environment in which anyone can participate in sport without fear or discrimination
5. Improve health & well-being
6. Establish specific community programmes aimed at tackling social issues
7. Set the foundation for the regenerated community space on Hoglands Park
